About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality engineering, support, and administration of enterprise endpoint environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.
Focus on implementing and optimizing modern cloud client technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud PCs.
Improve endpoint performance, security, and end-user experience through automation and AI-enhanced tools.
Manage the full lifecycle of endpoint management, including imaging, configuration, compliance, patching, and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with Architecture, Security, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of customer service experience required.
Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise software and hardware environments required.
Experience with endpoint management and device administration, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), JAMF Mobile Device Management, MECM/SCCM, and Intune highly preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise client environments, including Print management solutions such as PaperCut preferred.
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least one (1) day per week.
Must be able to travel to various Community Health Network locations as required to support infrastructure, deployments, and project needs.
Participation in an on-call rotation is required, including occasional evening and weekend support.
