Senior Technical System Analyst – Laboratory Solutions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as subject matter experts (SMEs) for assigned applications.
- Develop technology ‑ based solutions that address organizational challenges.
- Support caregivers across Community Health Network.
- Manage and guide third ‑ party vendor relationships.
- Apply expert ‑ level technical knowledge to support and optimize IT applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams and laboratory personnel to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure proper integration and data exchange between laboratory systems and hospital information systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field required.
- Four (4) years of experience in an Analyst or Technical Systems Analyst role required.
- Experience supporting laboratory information systems in a healthcare environment.
- Epic Beaker certification or hands ‑ on Beaker support experience.
- Experience with HL7 messaging, interfaces, and lab system integrations.
