About the role

  • Join the Workday Support Team as a Workday Reporting and Prism Admin
  • Directly impact the design, implementation, and support of the Workday platform
  • Lead technical efforts within solutions, assisting peers in IT or supporting business needs
  • Serve as the liaison between business and software vendors
  • Support or assist with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain applications for Workday Reporting and Prism needs

Requirements

  • Associate degree (2-year) in Information Technology required
  • Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant IT experience required
  • Experience in Workday Reporting and Prism or similar application experience supporting ERP platform reporting and analytics functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations and advising support and implementation teams on technical issues
