About the role

  • Works directly with the Digital Transformation team to support training initiatives including the planning, scheduling and communications.
  • Responsible for the oversight and daily management of Community Health Network’s Learning Management System as it pertains to IT training.
  • Collaborates with IT Enterprise Services, IT Business Solutions, Human Resources, Clinical Education and other operational areas as needed, to establish class schedules, manage course catalogs and monitor end user activity.
  • Provides support for regular system reporting to IT training leadership and generates IT security reports to facilitate end user access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, informatics or related field required.
  • Previous experience with coordinating schedules strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Epic, Success Factors and ServiceNow systems strongly preferred.
