About the role
- Conduct client intake assessments to determine eligibility for services
- Provide trauma-informed assessments and individualized benefit planning
- Facilitate access for eligible participants in Digital Equity Grant programs
- Guide clients through the application process, including documentation gathering and submission
- Educate clients on eligibility, timelines, and benefit interactions
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients to ensure progress
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Advocate on behalf of clients with benefit agencies
- Document services and outcomes in HMIS/CRM systems
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in assisting clients in applying for public benefit programs
- Bilingual (Spanish & English proficiency)
- Available at least 2 in-person days a week at the CEDP Denver office
- Social work background is a plus
- Proven ability to test and learn from processes and develop new procedures
- Proficiency in managing sensitive documentation
- Strong technical skills in navigating an agile environment
- Capacity to make referrals to other agencies and organizations
