About the role

  • Conduct client intake assessments to determine eligibility for services
  • Provide trauma-informed assessments and individualized benefit planning
  • Facilitate access for eligible participants in Digital Equity Grant programs
  • Guide clients through the application process, including documentation gathering and submission
  • Educate clients on eligibility, timelines, and benefit interactions
  • Maintain consistent engagement with clients to ensure progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Advocate on behalf of clients with benefit agencies
  • Document services and outcomes in HMIS/CRM systems

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in assisting clients in applying for public benefit programs
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English proficiency)
  • Available at least 2 in-person days a week at the CEDP Denver office
  • Social work background is a plus
  • Proven ability to test and learn from processes and develop new procedures
  • Proficiency in managing sensitive documentation
  • Strong technical skills in navigating an agile environment
  • Capacity to make referrals to other agencies and organizations
