• Develops and continually refines a digital communications strategy
• Plans and coordinates digital campaigns across channels
• Produces content that advances strategy
• Ensures all content is accurate and reflects brand standards
• Interprets web analytics for the team
• Champions user experience in decisions related to forms and CRM integration
• Manages all incoming content and design requests from staff and partners
• Is the point person for media inquiries
• Prepares and confirms key messages and briefs designated spokesperson
• Aligns organizational messaging across channels with the Income First strategy
