Requirements

What you’ll need

Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 2+ years experience as DON in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task and oversees functions at multiple facilities
Ability to travel, sometimes for an extended time, to facilities within the region, as needed.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
The ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues
Must maintain current CPR certification.
