About the role

  • Lead the execution of complex procurement and supplier integration initiatives for ARC1 and beyond
  • Manage long-term assignments with loosely defined outcomes
  • Own the evolution of complex contractual frameworks
  • Serve as the primary integration point for senior leadership at external firms
  • Drive the development of procurement tools and department policies
  • Independently manage medium to significant levels of risk
  • Conduct analysis on complex and ambiguous problems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, with a deep understanding of managing high-value Capital Projects
  • Proven track record leading procurement for complex, ambiguous construction projects or "first-of-a-kind" initiatives
  • Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence major decisions across groups where no direct reporting line exists
  • Ability to make judgment calls that impact the overall success of major projects or significant components
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate internally and externally, using data and relationships to advocate for the company’s best path forward
  • Proficiency in construction should-cost modeling, budget tracking, and quantitative analysis for multi-million dollar initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business
