Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced engineer with deep, hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
  • Secure delivery practices integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Full lifecycle platform engineering experience: design, build, and run
  • Strong understanding of testing and operational readiness
  • Strong scripting or development experience with PowerShell, .NET, Bash, or Python
  • Working knowledge of identity services, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Experience with AWS services
  • Experience with containerisation and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with observability tooling, including Grafana and Prometheus
  • Ability to influence technical direction through evidence and relationships rather than formal authority
  • Ability to provide effective feedback and mentoring
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, teams, and geographies
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complex production challenges
  • Ability to integrate risk management and secure engineering principles into decision-making
  • Understanding of responsible AI tooling use
