Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in credit risk, banking, or another analytics-led decision environment
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Skills in SQL, Python, SAS, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations
  • Sound understanding of Australian retail credit portfolios
  • Working knowledge of core portfolio metrics such as losses, recoveries, provisions, and return outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical reasoning skills
  • Experience communicating analytical findings clearly to business and risk stakeholders
  • A tertiary qualification in a quantitative, analytical, commercial, legal, technology, or related discipline is valued, or equivalent practical experience
