About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform risk-based Quality Assurance reviews across different Transaction Monitoring streams
- Ensure targets are met or exceeded daily by completing the required number of quality assessments
- Maintain an operating rhythm with operational teams to provide insights and trends
- Engage multiple stakeholders to provide evidence and data-driven feedback
- Conduct thematic analysis and deep dives to uncover trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-4 years of AML/CTF experience with strong Transaction Monitoring expertise across multiple streams
- Strong risk-based judgement across diverse typologies and complex cases
- Highly motivated, good attention to detail, and excellent time management
