About the role

  • Guide a team of engineers in designing & implementing solutions and influence Value stream tech leads, Product Owner & Crew Tech lead
  • Own full cycle engineering (design through delivery) for Home Buying/Home Loan products
  • Build Core and Web APIs, web applications and run independent PoCs
  • Lead technical conversations in group forums and engage with stakeholders
  • Mentor and nurture engineers to adopt best practices and continuous learning
  • Work with .Net Core, React, Angular, Azure, AWS, Containerisation, NodeJS/NextJS & AI (potential)

Requirements

  • Hands-on technology leader with full stack experience
  • Guide a team of engineers and influence Value stream tech leads, Product Owner & Crew Tech lead
  • Passionate technology leaders who still love being hands-on, designing, problem solving & taking ownership
  • Act as a great mentor & people leader and build a community of engaged & curious engineers
  • Solid experience in the full software development lifecycle using Agile practices and DevSecOps
  • Expertise designing and building Core and Web API’s, web applications and running independent PoC’s
  • Confident in solution design capabilities, stakeholder engagement and leading technical conversations
  • Actively get involved in continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation
  • Backend experience with .Net (nodejs is a bonus)
  • Frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular
  • CI/CD Tools – Team City, Jenkins, Octopus or GitHub Actions
  • Observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus & Grafana
  • Cloud knowledge with AWS
  • Containerization using dockers
