Ensure alignment with CBA enterprise architecture and platform standards
Create best practices for high availability and operational resilience
Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of engineering experience
Proven experience leading complex Finance and/or Risk technology platforms
Deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong understanding of financial systems and risk systems
Experience working within regulated environments (APRA, Basel frameworks)
