About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will join our Automation and Optimization Fraud and Scam Engineering Chapter, where you will design and develop solutions to protect customers from fraud and scams.
- Your work supports creating advanced technologies that automate scam detection and digital intrusion alerts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- AI+Cloud: Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions, into an enterprise scale production environments, with a focus on application security and observability.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise grade agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with full-stack development , ensuring quality with automated unit and regression testing.
- Considerable hands-on experience with AI tech stack including AWS Cloud, EKS/EKC, Bedrock, Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Hugging Face, SageMaker.
- Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience deploying Generative AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, and the development and implementation of security guardrails.
- Experience delivering software solutions in a banking environment.
- Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
