Key responsibilities & impact

Own engineering for PD Tools and Farlo services: design, build, and operate .NET/Python microservices
Modernize legacy components and workflows; drive architectural refactors
Establish golden paths for CI/CD, automated testing, and progressive delivery
Embed observability and operability with SLOs/SLIs and production readiness reviews
Partner with product and platform teams to plan increments and de-risk changes
Ensure compliance with Tech Controls and Privacy Front Door processes
Drive the integration of GenAI capabilities to enhance user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience or exposure with C#/.NET Core, Python
REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous patterns
Strong experience in modernizing complex applications in the last 3–4 years
Hands-on leadership; influencing GM-level stakeholders, mentoring engineers
Risk mindset: proactively manage security, privacy, resiliency and change risk
Cloud & Platform: AWS (EKS, S3, EMR/Redshift optional)
CI/CD & DevSecOps: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
Observability & Reliability: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty
