- Develop proposals that address referral source needs, concerns and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lenders and their Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic business partners
- Proven ability to source, establish and manage external partnerships that drive high volumes of business outcomes
- Strong technology skills, with the ability to navigate and apply banking systems
- Experience in a sales role with diversified product or service offerings, ideally within home lending
