About the role

  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to Technology and Crew General Managers
  • Provide effective delivery oversight, manage governance rhythms and cadences
  • Work with senior leadership to define and manage objectives and key results
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive workforce strategy for the crew
  • Establish, monitor and enhance the crew’s operating rhythm, cadences and tools
  • Support tracking of agility metrics
  • Analyse and interpret complex data for business decisions
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • A strategic thinker, problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing data and performance, and dissecting metrics
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk management in complex environments
  • Experience working in financial services industry - preferred
