About the role
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to Technology and Crew General Managers
- Provide effective delivery oversight, manage governance rhythms and cadences
- Work with senior leadership to define and manage objectives and key results
- Develop and manage a comprehensive workforce strategy for the crew
- Establish, monitor and enhance the crew’s operating rhythm, cadences and tools
- Support tracking of agility metrics
- Analyse and interpret complex data for business decisions
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- A strategic thinker, problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in analysing data and performance, and dissecting metrics
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent financial management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management in complex environments
- Experience working in financial services industry - preferred
