About the role
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Gain exposure to sophisticated Agribusiness Banking clients and the transactions that support them
- Conduct financial modelling and analysis
- Identify risks and opportunities in new lending
- Prepare well‑crafted credit submissions
- Work closely with product specialists
- Support reporting activities
- Help monitor portfolio performance
Requirements
- Experience writing and analysing credit transactions, including annual reviews and reporting—ideally within Agribusiness, Commercial or Business Banking
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Credit, Group Lending Services)
- Well‑developed financial analysis, modelling capability, and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to quickly understand complex transactions, with experience in ‘new to bank’ lending and credit risk viewed favourably
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or similar (highly regarded)
