About the role

  • Contribute to the technology products and services we deliver, from architecture, technical design and coding to deployment to operation.
  • Support the E2E Service Journey crew, responsible for the Disputes Journey, Deceased Estates and Authorities Journeys.
  • Seek to provide the best service in the moments that matter.
  • Lead technical excellence and delivery maturity for the Authorities squad, supporting the NetBank Next platform.

Requirements

  • Possesses full-cycle engineering experience: ideation, technical design, build, testing (unit, integration, system), release, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Can architect, design, and develop robust solutions - lead by example in coding, code reviews, and deployment.
  • Owns decisions on UI architecture (routing, rendering, state management), component design, and design system adoption for NetBank Next
  • Can set and evolve squad technical direction, ensuring alignment with NetBank Next frameworks (Next.js, Node.js) and modern engineering standards.
  • Actively embraces and integrates AI-driven solutions (including LLMs and agentic AI approaches) to enhance our engineering workflows and product capabilities.
  • Provides technical governance and guidance throughout the complete solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Works independently and drive a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed.
  • Are passionate about learning new tools and technologies and are constantly thinking outside the box.
