  • Own the solution design, drive performance, and lead the charge on innovative technologies
  • Report into the Crew Tech Lead for Customer Engagement & Comms, part of the Group’s broader Retail Technology team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Drive operational excellence in complex, mission-critical environments

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in engineering and integration, with a strong track record in Content Management Solutions (CMS) e.g. AEM, Optimizely, Sitecore, or Drupal
  • Technical background in software engineering—ideally across .NET and/or Java
  • Passionate about leading teams and driving complex designs across a dynamic enterprise environment
  • Know how to build and inspire high-performing engineering teams
  • Passionate about mentoring and coaching, contributing to the growth of engineering practices
  • Communicate engineering standards effectively
  • Advocate for new technologies and inclusive teams
  • Can confidently lead technical conversations with both developers and non-technical stakeholders
