About the role

  • Lead, develop and deploy high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage
  • Analyse business objectives and identify functional and non-functional requirements
  • Design and implement technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
  • Provide accurate estimates for the development effort for new features
  • Continuously improve and improvise to find the best solutions for business and technical teams
  • Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team
  • Work well with different team members whilst practicing knowledge sharing and T-shaping
  • Apply and promote industry best patterns and practices with focus on test automation
  • Take ownership of initiatives and assets and follow up to provide highest quality of customer service
  • Contribute to the strategic engineering goals within own team/platform

Requirements

  • Expert in API development, preferably in .Net/Java or Python (FastAPI) and REST APIs
  • Knowledgeable of Microservice Architecture, Design Patterns and best practices
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills
  • Working experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience on cloud deployment, with preference for AWS cloud
  • Expertise with usage and configuration of fully automated pipelines including GitHub Actions, Artifactory and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of DevSecOps/SRE Best Practices
  • Experience in any of the front-end technologies like React/Angular preferred
  • Experience in AI technologies, particularly around tooling enhancements and building AI solutions using LLM's
