About the role

  • The experienced Lead Engineer in Protection and Control design. Develop and applies engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex and unique engineering problems.
  • Provides guidance and direction on departmental standards, policies and procedures.
  • Applies and integrates Owner QA programs with Commonwealth program. Ensures compliance with company quality program through individual and team related tasks or deliverables.
  • Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts by proactively presenting leadership with new suggestions around process and practices innovation and participating in the implementation.
  • Communicates directly with all internal and external team members to identify and coordinate details of work on multifaceted projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program required.
  • PE licensure required
  • 10-15 years of related P&C experience Designing and overseeing technical aspects of projects and providing guidance and mentorship to pro.
