About the role
- Lead the design, specification, and integration of instrumentation and control systems for power‑generation projects
- Develop and review engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, control logic diagrams, instrument data sheets, control narratives, system configuration documents, and functional test procedures
- Perform engineering analyses involving instrumentation selection, control loop performance, system reliability, and failure modes to ensure safe and efficient plant operation
- Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight on low‑ to medium‑complexity projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes, regulatory requirements, and plant performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program required
- PE licensure required
- 4+ years of engineering design experience in power generation or I&C
- Related work experience demonstrating continuous growth and knowledge expansion
- Overseeing technical aspects of projects and providing guidance and mentorship to project resources
