About the role
- Deliver on Revenue Accountability: Consistently meet or exceed upsell and renewal targets
- Own the Upsell Pipeline: Maintain an active pipeline of expansion opportunities across the assigned client portfolio
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze account performance, client objectives, and market trends
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to design and deliver data-driven proposals
