About the role
- Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services
- Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated
- Address escalations from other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role
- Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal with varied types of people
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills
- Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus
- A valid Driver’s License is required for this position
