About the role
- Develop and implement a fundraising and donor strategy
- Manage the Major Gifts team
- Ensure all major donor interactions are recorded in CRM
- Grow a portfolio of major donor prospects
- Secure leadership level contributions of $1.25 million or more annually
Requirements
- Experience cultivating and closing five-, six-, and seven-figure major gifts
- Knowledge of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) fundraising practices
- Experience managing a multi-state portfolio
- Must be willing to travel at least 10 times per year
- Proven team leadership experience
