Develop and implement a fundraising and donor strategy
Manage the Major Gifts team
Ensure all major donor interactions are recorded in CRM
Grow a portfolio of major donor prospects
Secure leadership level contributions of $1.25 million or more annually

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience cultivating and closing five-, six-, and seven-figure major gifts
Knowledge of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) fundraising practices
Experience managing a multi-state portfolio
Must be willing to travel at least 10 times per year
Proven team leadership experience
