About the role
- Drive the digital transformation of the customer contact center as an innovative problem solver
- Support the technical advancement of our Conversational AI platform
- Design and implement cloud-based architectures
- Ensure technical operations and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Commerzbank Group
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable professional qualification
- Solid experience in technical architecture and designing cloud solutions
- Ideally, experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI and integrating them into existing systems
- Committed team player with strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
