About the role

  • Responsible for the business-focused evaluation of data
  • Support the development of data models for reporting, analysis and monitoring
  • Transform complex relationships into clear, easy-to-understand presentations and dashboards
  • Contribute to the further development of control instruments and processes in a structured, analytical way

Requirements

  • Vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik) or a degree in business, computer science or mathematics, or an equivalent qualification or experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL / Transact-SQL as well as Microsoft Analysis / MDX and in creating dashboards with a BI tool (e.g. Qlik / Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and Big Data – ideally with experience in a contact center environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level)
