About the role

  • Are you communicative and enjoy speaking with customers by phone?
  • You will start a 3-year apprenticeship with us in August at the Commerzbank Customer Contact Center in Duisburg
  • Whether customer support, conversation techniques, or exciting banking topics — with us you will learn everything for your new job
  • With a top mix of hands-on experience and vocational school, you will experience a varied commercial apprenticeship with us
  • Responsibility from day one: together with other trainees (m/f/d) you will contribute your skills and talents to special training projects
  • In regular feedback meetings we review your progress and help you continually develop during your career entry

Requirements

  • Intermediate secondary school certificate (Fachoberschulreife) or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for banking topics
  • Openness to learning new things
  • Team-player mentality
  • Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong verbal expression and a good understanding of numbers and data
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
