Key responsibilities & impact

Lead overall operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites
Partner directly with Plant Managers to assess site performance
Establish and reinforce standardized operating processes
Understand day-to-day challenges, remove barriers, and ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives
Drive operational discipline through the use of metrics
Build and strengthen plant leadership capability by coaching
Translate operational performance into financial outcomes
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure consistent application of safety and quality standards
Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership
Collaborate closely with peer North America Director and functional leaders
Lead change initiatives with clarity and urgency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
Experience leading multiple manufacturing sites or large, complex operations
Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on business needs
