About the role
- Lead overall operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites
- Partner directly with Plant Managers to assess site performance
- Establish and reinforce standardized operating processes
- Understand day-to-day challenges, remove barriers, and ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives
- Drive operational discipline through the use of metrics
- Build and strengthen plant leadership capability by coaching
- Translate operational performance into financial outcomes
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of safety and quality standards
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with peer North America Director and functional leaders
- Lead change initiatives with clarity and urgency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Experience leading multiple manufacturing sites or large, complex operations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on business needs
