• Lead day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, business systems, internal IT, and application delivery.
• Oversee both infrastructure and applications, ensuring stability, scalability, security, and business alignment.
• Manage technology budgets across operating expenses and capital expenditures, including software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and technical services.
• Drive vendor management, renewal planning, cost optimization, and accountability for third-party partners and contractors.
• Build practical operating discipline for service delivery, change management, escalation, documentation, and release coordination.
• Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that improve visibility, efficiency, and growth.
• Support systems integration, acquired business onboarding, and scaling efforts as the company grows through 2029.
• Develop KPIs, reporting rhythms, and execution follow-through for the technology function.
