About the role

  • Own new hire onboarding and continuous enablement for Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Build and execute AE enablement programs focusing on complex enterprise deal cycles, including multi-threaded discovery, RFP management, and executive alignment.
  • Support the adoption of value-based selling by embedding MEDDPICC and Command of the Message™ into all sales motions.
  • Create BDR learning programs and playbooks to drive skill mastery and internal promotion pathways.
  • Deliver live and on-demand training sessions and coaching engagements to drive real behavioral change.
  • Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance data from platforms like Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales, focusing on Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic sales motions into large, complex Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message™, and other enterprise sales frameworks.
  • Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs both in-person and virtually.
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts to inspire both seasoned and entry-level sellers.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and more effectively, paired with a drive to learn and put them into practice in your role.
