About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy and roadmap for Feedonomics’ programmatic access layer, including APIs covering catalog management, data transformation, import/export configuration, etc.
Define capability requirements and prioritize the backlog for API surface expansion
Drive developer experience improvements across authentication, error handling, rate-limit design, and documentation
Lead the product definition for a conversational AI assistant
Define and ship the tools (e.g., MCP, CLI) that expose Feedonomics capabilities to AI agents
Work closely with engineering to define the right level of abstraction for Feedonomics tools
Stay current with the evolving agentic ecosystem and continuously refine the product strategy
Lead strategic planning, development, and execution for your product areas end-to-end
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support
Decompose complex initiatives into iterative deliverables
Validate new functionality with platform users and key stakeholders before development
Define and track metrics that measure the effectiveness of product enhancements
Communicate product strategy, business outcomes, and performance metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
2 years owning platform, API, or developer-facing products
Strong familiarity with the e-commerce technology stack: platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento), advertising channels (Google, Meta), marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay), and business systems (PIM, ERP, OMS)
Technical background or strong technical orientation
Familiarity with the emerging agentic AI tooling ecosystem
Comfort working with REST APIs
