About the role

  • The Senior Manager, Partner Operations will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of operations that support the partner ecosystem.
  • You’ll manage a high-performing team and serve as the operational backbone of the partnerships organization—building data-driven processes, streamlining workflows, and enabling partner teams at scale.
  • People Leadership: Hire, lead, and develop a team of Partner Operations Analysts and/or Specialists; provide clear goals and mentorship.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team; support Partner Managers in QBRs and regional planning.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the Partner operations leader across internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Operations & Enablement: Define and track KPIs; own roadmap for partner systems and tooling.
  • Systems & Data Stewardship: Own partner data integrity and dashboards; work with Finance on incentives and budgeting.
  • Process Optimization & Governance: Maintain playbooks and policies for partner channels.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • 3+ years experience managing a team
  • Ability to work cross functionally and drive business outcomes
  • Familiarity with working across diverse partner types (Resellers, Tech Partners, SIs).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data/reporting tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with PRM platforms (e.g.,Impartner, Salesforce PRM, PartnerStack).
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional partner networks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and results-oriented individual contributor and teammate, with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to lead small projects, as required.
