About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement pricing strategies for government contracts
Analyze cost data and ensure compliance with government pricing requirements
Establish and maintain standardized pricing for Commence’s software and services
Provide support during the proposal development process
Prepare detailed price proposals and narratives in response to government solicitations
Research and analyze competitor pricing strategies and contract awards
Facilitate pricing data calls to Commence subcontractors
Evaluate financial risks associated with proposed pricing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal pricing
In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including FAR, DCAA guidelines, and CAS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex pricing concepts to internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in developing federal pricing proposals for CMS, VA, DHA, and other health focused agencies
