About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering technical projects across engineering, product, data, and operations teams.
Owns projects fully and is accountable for delivery, not just status reporting.
Works alongside engineers to shape solutions, recognize when a technical approach has holes in it, and keep work moving in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Participates in technical discussions with enough depth to add value.
Drives end-to-end project management including scope definition, scheduling, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Maintains project tracking, sprint alignment, and reporting that gives stakeholders real visibility.
Facilitates project reviews, design discussions, and decision-making forums to remove blockers and keep teams aligned.
Continuously improves delivery processes, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–6 years of experience in technical project management or software delivery, with a background that includes hands-on engineering, development, or solution architecture work.
Solid understanding of modern software development including cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Working experience with engineering stacks such as .NET, Java, React, Python, or JavaScript frameworks.
Enough depth to follow technical conversations and ask the right questions.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across concurrent work.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving Agile environment where priorities shift and iteration speed matters.
Experience with healthcare data, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, claims data), or regulated environments is a plus.
Ownership mindset. When you see a problem, you take it on and drive it to resolution rather than waiting for direction.
Ability to develop solution options when faced with trade-offs and bring recommendations, not just questions.
Experience working with distributed teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.
