About the role
- Lead the development and evolution of our visual brand system — logo usage, typography, color palettes, iconography, and design standards.
- Create compelling designs for corporate materials including presentations, reports, web assets, event collateral, and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Translate strategic marketing and business goals into visually engaging, on-brand creative.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, HR, and leadership) to drive brand adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- 2+ years of experience supporting global, enterprise companies.
- Proven experience developing or managing corporate brand identity systems.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual storytelling, and consistency across digital and print mediums.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to uphold design quality at scale.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
