About the role

Lead the development and evolution of our visual brand system — logo usage, typography, color palettes, iconography, and design standards.
Create compelling designs for corporate materials including presentations, reports, web assets, event collateral, and campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Translate strategic marketing and business goals into visually engaging, on-brand creative.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, HR, and leadership) to drive brand adoption across the organization.

5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
2+ years of experience supporting global, enterprise companies.
Proven experience developing or managing corporate brand identity systems.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma or similar design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual storytelling, and consistency across digital and print mediums.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to uphold design quality at scale.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
