About the role
- Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
- Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
- Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes
- Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution
- Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project
- Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers
- Eliminate handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands-on experience in VoIP
- Hands-on experience in SDWAN Implementation
- Hands-on experience in Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
- Experience managing Hosted VoIP projects and number porting processes
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
- Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
- Effective communication and project management skills
- Mandarin fluency is required
