About the role

  • Use Excel to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and spot cost-saving opportunities
  • Support cost tracking, reporting, and documentation activities
  • Help build and improve processes for auditing and reconciliation
  • Assist in managing projects by organizing tasks, keeping things on track, and meeting deadlines
  • Work with other teams to gather information, ensure accuracy, and solve problems
  • Create reports and dashboards to summarize findings for leadership
  • Jump in on special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, financial, operations, or business support role
  • Interest in process improvement and project management; prior exposure is a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
