About the role

Build and maintain key features and services.
Develop scalable, resilient backend components and intuitive frontend interfaces.
Collaborate with peers across Product, Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Contribute to the design of event-driven, queue-based systems focused on reliability and fault tolerance.
Write maintainable, testable code and participate in reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of platform services.
Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

3+ years experience designing, building, and maintaining features across backend (PHP and Python) and frontend (React) with a 50/50 focus.
Proven experience building highly scalable, concurrent systems.
Familiarity with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms, including serverless orchestration.
Solid understanding of authentication/security standards (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, secrets management).
