About the role
- Analyze cost, billing, and service data to ensure accuracy and protect margin integrity
- Establish and maintain financial data quality standards across orders, installs, and active services
- Develop and refine processes, validation rules, and review workflows to support consistent margin assurance
- Conduct regular audits and leverage KPIs to monitor margin health and surface discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to design automation-ready margin checks and scalable data flows
- Troubleshoot recurring issues, recommend improvements, and reduce manual review through process optimization
- Support AI-readiness initiatives by improving data cleanliness and enabling predictive margin analysis
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to cost assurance and financial accuracy
- Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization
Requirements
- Telecommunications industry experience required
- 2–5 years in an analytical, operations, finance, or business support role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify margin-impacting discrepancies
- Ability to interpret and validate cost structures, vendor pricing, billing data, and service records
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting workflows)
- Experience with structured datasets, audits, or quality assurance processes
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with excellent research, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
