• Conduct detailed and in-depth background and social media investigations through online research using private and public database services
• Format/type/edit full reports of background research findings
• Take direction and work closely with supervisor
• Work independently
• Customer service driven interactions
• Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
