Bookkeeper

• Own all client billing processes, including: Monthly retainers, Project-based billing, Pass-through and reimbursable expenses
• Ensure invoices are accurate, detailed, and sent on time
• Track payments, manage collections, and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Review and reconcile monthly expenses for approximately 30 corporate cardholders
• Identify issues and work with employees to resolve them
• Manage vendor bills, subscriptions, and recurring expenses
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Prepare clear financial summaries and reports for leadership
• Interface with co-founders and partners on financial questions
