About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, structure, and oversee product projects from ideation through final delivery (MVPs, pilots, releases), ensuring strategic alignment with the company's objectives.
Develop detailed schedules, define critical milestones, map dependencies, and ensure cross-functional integration.
Monitor the technical and commercial progress of each initiative, including requirements validation, field testing, solution acceptance, and integration with clients and partners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technological, operational, logistical, and regulatory risks, proposing contingency plans and corrective actions.
Consolidate and report performance indicators (status reports, KPIs, delivery metrics) to the PO (Specialist Consultant) and other teams, promoting transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation (scope, decisions, versions, schedules, minutes), ensuring traceability and historical records of initiatives.
Implement and promote agile (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid management practices, depending on the project's nature.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields).
Proven experience in related roles.
Advanced English proficiency preferred.
Product management for digital and physical products; experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.); strategic stakeholder engagement; risk, change, and scope management; and strong organizational and documentation skills.
