About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support planning and expenditure control for Habitado Expansion projects within the Operations and Services Directorate
Create and update physical and financial controls for Expansion projects
Request and allocate funds to projects according to the Monthly Forecast
Arrange restitution of residual project budgets
Release and adjust SAP structure according to project phasing
Control and update the required-by date for material reservations
Make project postings and verify budget availability
Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the area of operation
Perform other duties inherent to the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)
Experience in related activities
Advanced MS Office skills
Power BI skills (advantageous)
Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (advantageous)
