About the role
- Support planning and expenditure control for Habitado Expansion projects within the Operations and Services Directorate
- Create and update physical and financial controls for Expansion projects
- Request and allocate funds to projects according to the Monthly Forecast
- Arrange restitution of residual project budgets
- Release and adjust SAP structure according to project phasing
- Control and update the required-by date for material reservations
- Make project postings and verify budget availability
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the area of operation
- Perform other duties inherent to the role
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields)
- Experience in related activities
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Power BI skills (advantageous)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (advantageous)
