About the role

  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain by communicating with other company areas and driving process improvements.
  • Participate in the development of Supply Chain Opex and in the area’s monthly monitoring to optimize results.
  • Manage inventory recoverables in cases of losses not justified by suppliers.
  • Serve as the focal point for communications between Supply managers and for weekly communications with the Executive Board by preparing reports, presentations, and bulletins.
  • Manage the workflow of notes stalled in the Materials Management stage.
  • Evaluate governance processes for buyers' negotiations and guide buyers on negotiation best practices and compliance with established governance.
  • Ensure the stability and compliance of the Supply page and SupplyFlix with training content for buyers, planners, and internal Supply stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems used in the area.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation (RPA), project management, procurement/contracting support, content governance, and cross-functional innovation and integration.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba.
