About the role

  • Support the financial planning process, including preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecast revisions
  • Perform variance analyses between actuals and projections, supporting regular updates to financial forecasts
  • Monitor and control the CapEx budget for IT projects, ensuring proper allocation of resources
  • Conduct financial analyses and project feasibility studies using metrics such as NPV
  • Promote budget-efficiency studies within the portfolio under your responsibility
  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs, preparing management reports, dashboards and presentations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and align initiatives with financial planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
  • Experience in FP&A, financial planning and budget management
  • Proven experience preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
  • Knowledge of budget tracking and control, including variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel
  • Nice to have
  • Experience managing budgets for technology, engineering or expansion projects
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools and ERP systems
