About the role

  • Lead tactical procurements, ensuring the company is supplied with the best services and value for money, while prioritizing governance, security and high performance.
  • Plan and negotiate indirect categories (Marketing and Communications).
  • Monitor the creation of supplier productivity indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction and technological and operational development.
  • Analyze macro and microeconomic scenarios using market intelligence reports.
  • Define methods and strategies to ensure services are procured within contracted timelines.
  • Monitor supplier base risk across strategic pillars.
  • Support the development of the annual strategic category plans.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement processes.
  • Guide internal stakeholders on adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Identify risks and weaknesses in processes, proposing continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields).
  • Experience in high-impact negotiations, especially in the categories of marketing, communications, events, advertising and/or employer branding.
  • Experience managing and formalizing contracts with small, medium and large suppliers.
  • Knowledge of economic analysis applied to procurement, market benchmarking and contract governance.
  • Proficiency in structured negotiation approaches.
  • Ability to act consultatively with requesting areas, ensuring strategic alignment, risk mitigation and improved commercial outcomes.
  • Pursuing postgraduate studies or specialized courses.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Ariba (SAP Ariba).
