About the role

  • Act regionally with specific targets for contracted volume and number of customers
  • Ensure customers’ service connections are completed within the contractual timeframe
  • Monitor performance of contracted volume compared to billed (invoiced) volume
  • Manage the contracting portfolio and/or assigned territory
  • Promote the use of gas equipment by leveraging current offers
  • Act in accordance with our customer-centric policies, ensuring NPS targets are met
  • Comply with SSM and Compliance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields)
  • Experience in related activities
  • Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and ERPs used in the area
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the gas/energy market and technical knowledge of installations and/or equipment is a plus
  • Valid category B driver’s license.
