About the role
- Act regionally with specific targets for contracted volume and number of customers
- Ensure customers’ service connections are completed within the contractual timeframe
- Monitor performance of contracted volume compared to billed (invoiced) volume
- Manage the contracting portfolio and/or assigned territory
- Promote the use of gas equipment by leveraging current offers
- Act in accordance with our customer-centric policies, ensuring NPS targets are met
- Comply with SSM and Compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields)
- Experience in related activities
- Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and ERPs used in the area
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Knowledge of the gas/energy market and technical knowledge of installations and/or equipment is a plus
- Valid category B driver’s license.
