About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior communities, and community organizations to introduce ComForCare’s services.
- Build relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.
- Represent ComForCare at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
- Assist with social media marketing and community engagement.
- Help distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Track marketing activities and referral leads.
- Learn the sales process for home care services.
- Support office operations as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
- CNA, PCA, HHA, DSP, or experienced caregiver preferred.
- Passion for helping seniors and their families.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and social media).
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
